About The Position

Rellim KidKare Konnect is seeking dependable, caring, and flexible Substitute Childcare Teachers to support childcare centers in Decatur, Covington, and Conyers, Georgia. Substitute teachers provide classroom coverage when regular staff members are unavailable and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment across different classrooms and age groups.

This is substitute/on-call work with flexible shifts based on childcare center staffing needs. Pay depends on the available shift and center requirements. Requirements

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Nice To Haves

• CDA, TCC, an Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage and support as needed.
• Supervise children and participate in age-appropriate learning activities.
• Follow classroom schedules, lesson plans, and daily routines.
• Assist with meals, diapering, restroom breaks, transitions, and rest periods as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Use positive classroom management techniques.
• Follow childcare center policies, health and safety procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Communicate professionally with center directors, teachers, and other staff.
