About The Position
Provides substitute coverage in an early childhood education setting by implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that support the learning, development, and well-being of individual children and small and large groups. Maintains a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that meets the needs of all learners, including children who are dual language learners and children with disabilities. Supports positive communication with families and staff. Follows established classroom routines and program policies. Assists in supervising children and supporting classroom personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Current Mandatory Reporter certification
- Current Universal Precautions (OSHA) certification
- Current Essential Child Care Training certification
- Ability to acquire certification within 90 days of hire
