The Substation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of high-voltage substation construction and utility infrastructure projects from project award through final completion. Reporting to the Director, Power Construction, this role oversees project planning, financial performance, resource management, commercial administration, customer relationships, and project execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, Foremen, Project Coordinators, engineering teams, subcontractors, utility customers, and internal departments, the Substation Project Manager provides leadership throughout the project lifecycle, balancing technical execution with commercial performance to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
