About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to lead and grow a talented team delivering critical power infrastructure projects across North and South America. As Substation Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in both project delivery and business growth by: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of substation engineers Building strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients Supporting the successful delivery of substation projects from planning and design through construction support Providing technical oversight and QA/QC Partnering with regional leadership to grow the business and identify new opportunities Helping drive technical excellence, quality, safety, and innovation across projects Leading recruitment, career development, and team engagement initiatives Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM's Energy practice.

Requirements

  • BS/BA +12 years of related experience with at least 4 years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
  • PE
  • U.S. citizenship is required
