About The Position

As Substation Engineer, you’ll lead and support substation projects up to 765kV, including both physical and protection & controls design. You will develop drawings, schematics, layouts, relay panel wiring, grounding, and auxiliary power systems. You will perform QA/QC reviews of design packages, mentor junior engineers, and oversee project deliverables. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure technical excellence. You will also prepare budgets, schedules, and specifications for procurement and construction, and support business development opportunities and present proposals/designs to clients. You’ll be part of a top-ranked power engineering team working on substation, renewables integration, HVDC, BESS, and other advanced infrastructure projects. Requirements

5+ years of experience in HV substation design (physical and/or P&C).
Project lead or technical specialist background.
Strong QA/QC and client coordination experience.
Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
