Requirements

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
Driver's license

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in substation research and development
Experience in design or maintenance of transmission equipment
Experience with 3D modeling programs
Experience with relevant engineering codes

Responsibilities

Develop design projects featuring sophisticated elements, applying industry standards and established procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Research and conduct moderately complex engineering studies, using group expertise.
Work collaboratively to establish comprehensive design criteria and standards, drawing upon diverse expertise and viewpoints to ensure robust, innovative solutions.
Recognize, thoroughly investigate, and assess issues. Formulate effective solutions tailored to each problem.
Propose innovative and enhanced practices and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.
