Requirements

Strong background in Substation Physical Design required
Local to Fort Worth, TX and be able to come into the office on a hybrid schedule
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the PETE System a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the substation design team, potential for 2 designers to be reporting to you
Customer interfacing
Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message
Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients
