Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in Spokane, dedicated to understanding and addressing the varied needs of its clients and the community. FBH offers evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing a wide range of behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is committed to the belief that recovery is possible and that clients can lead fulfilling lives. The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an intensive, community-based multidisciplinary treatment team that provides person-centered care to adults whose needs cannot be met through traditional outpatient services. The Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) within the PACT team focuses on treatment strategies for individuals with co-occurring substance use and thought disorder symptoms. Services include engagement, supportive listening, psychoeducation, skill-building, crisis assessment, prevention, intervention, resource education, coordination, and assisting clients in obtaining services while monitoring progress towards goals. The PACT team serves as the first-line crisis evaluator and responder during business hours and participates in rotating weekend shifts to ensure client coverage.
