Substance Use Disorder Counselor
About The Position
A well-established behavioral health organization near Wichita, KS, is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join a collaborative and mission-driven team. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 5x8s, during daytime hours, providing outpatient services. The typical workload involves approximately 24-27 client encounters per week. The Substance Use Disorder Counselor will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling or a related field required
- Eligible credentials include LAC, LMAC, or LCAC
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health, clinical counseling, or case management
