We are seeking Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors to join Rising Recovery Center, our new short-term residential treatment program serving individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. As an SUD Counselor II, you will function as a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, providing direct client care across the treatment continuum. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and intakes, developing discharge plans, maintaining timely and accurate documentation, delivering individual counseling, and providing ongoing emotional support. This role also includes medication monitoring, crisis intervention, and helping maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience while contributing to a collaborative workplace culture grounded in Buckelew’s mission and values.
