About The Position

ABC Traffic Programs is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee office operations, staff management, and client services in compliance with State and County regulations. As a Program Supervisor, you will lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations. You will oversee compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code. You will manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a professional and supportive environment. You will monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes. You will represent ABC Traffic Programs with professionalism when working with courts, clients, and community partners.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required).
Active Registration/Certification as SUDC (required).
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
