About The Position
ABC Traffic Programs is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to oversee office operations, staff management, and client services in compliance with State and County regulations. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for helping others and ensuring programs run smoothly.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services (required).
- Active Registration/Certification as SUDC (required).
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
- Must be available during all business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM), when mandatory overtime is needed to ensure full office coverage.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations.
- Oversee compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code.
- Manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a professional and supportive environment.
- Monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes.
- Represent ABC Traffic Programs with professionalism when working with courts, clients, and community partners.
