Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) - CERTIFIED to provide substance abuse screening, brief interventions, therapy for individuals and groups, and coordinate referrals for patients. The role involves providing leadership and training to staff on chemical dependency issues and serving as a subject matter expert on the cross-functional treatment team.
