This role involves providing alcohol and drug group counseling and ancillary services to incarcerated individuals, utilizing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills. The position focuses on helping participants gain necessary skills for substance-free and productive lives, facilitating life change, fostering responsibility, and building opportunities for them to become productive citizens.
