About The Position
Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a Women’s Business Enterprise providing nationwide occupational medical and risk‑management services, is seeking a Substance Abuse Testing Specialist for our Santa Teresa, NM location. This is an in‑person role requiring strong administrative and data‑entry skills. Drug/alcohol testing experience is a plus (training/certification provided).
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Ability to collect breath, urine, and oral‑fluid tests
- Experience managing programs/vendors/clients
- Drug/alcohol testing experience
Responsibilities
- Customer relations with building trades and contractor associations
- Support Labor Management with: Scheduling and creating testing authorizations
- Tracking and reporting test results
- Sending annual/random notifications
- Uploading documents to external platforms
