About The Position

At 70x7 Wellness Mission, we are building a behavioral health organization focused on helping people rebuild their lives through structure, accountability, recovery, and real support. We offer Residential Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient Services, OMHC Services, Peer Support, and PRP Services. We work directly with courts, probation/parole systems, hospitals, and underserved communities throughout Baltimore. We are committed to a low burnout clinical model, utilizing AI-assisted documentation support, Clinical Support Specialists (CSS), reduced administrative burden, and structured workflows to allow counselors to focus more on clinical work. We also offer 4-day work week opportunities for qualified counselors and significant growth opportunities within our rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

• Experience working in SUD treatment
• Motivated candidates with behavioral health experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions
• Facilitate group counseling sessions
• Complete treatment planning
• Maintain timely documentation
