This position is responsible for providing individual, group and collateral counseling and other supportive services which are appropriate to the participant’s recovery process. Facilitates various education and awareness workshops on topics appropriate to recovery. Assists clients in recovery and discharge planning. The Division/Program provides programs for children, adolescents, and transitional age youth (TAY) with Mental Health services. An experienced staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health therapist / Clinician, parent partners, and other counselors provide case management, mental health care, and a range of support services in schools, homes or other community settings. Partner with family members, school administrators and faculty, county social workers, case managers, probation officers, and other agencies. Utilize Evidence Based Practice (EBP) to ensure clients make positive changes in their life.
