The Substance Abuse Counselor - CADC is responsible for the case management of addiction patients and their families. This role involves completing biopsychosocial assessments, formulating diagnostic summaries, and developing individualized treatment plans. The counselor will coordinate team input, family goals, and continually revise treatment plans based on patient progress. Additionally, the position involves conducting addiction-focused group counseling, providing clinical supervision to students, delivering addiction/recovery education, and participating in quality improvement activities.
