About The Position

This position is responsible for providing case management services to individuals affected by substance use disorders. The role involves coordinating care, connecting clients with resources, and supporting their recovery journey within the Nespelem community.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related field.
• One (1) year of experience providing case management, behavioral health services, social services, or related services.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or other credential required by Washington State and employer policies.
• Must successfully pass required background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders preferred.
• Experience working with Tribal communities, Native American populations, or underserved populations preferred.
