About The Position

Balance of Nature is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Subscription Onboarding Flow Manager to own the critical first 28 days of the Preferred Customer (PC) experience. You will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and executing automated onboarding flows that bridge the gap between initial interest and long-term retention. Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in marketing or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of email marketing platforms and Google Workspace is required.
  • Must have a foundational understanding of graphic design principles to ensure visual brand consistency.
  • Marketing Strategy: A strong grasp of current marketing theories and the ability to apply them to customer journey mapping. You must be able to translate data and strategy into a compelling "story" for every project.
  • Operational Grit & Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, high-pressure environment. You must demonstrate "grit" and the flexibility to pivot strategies or edit content rapidly as circumstances change.
  • Critical Thinking & Prioritization: Exceptional ability to multitask and discern between "vital" and "trivial" information. You are a natural problem-solver who can identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Communication Excellence: High-level verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to build rapport and mutual understanding with both team members and customers through clear, respectful, and effective interactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with Klaviyo, copywriting, and subscription-based business models is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Strategy: Create, optimize, and manage the end-to-end PC onboarding campaign (Days 1–28) to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
  • Email Automation: Utilize Klaviyo to build and manage automated flows, ensuring every message is personalized, visually appealing, and strategically timed.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Partner with data analysts to implement findings into campaigns, constantly testing variables to increase conversion rates and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Use Asana to coordinate schedules with content creators (designers, copywriters, etc.) and ensure all projects meet strict deadlines.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all marketing claims are accurate and compliant with legal standards. Follow the full Issue Authority (IA) approval process for all content.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as the communication hub between departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless brand experience.
