AccuWeather is hiring a Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team. The Marketing Manager, Subscription Growth owns go-to-market execution and ongoing growth strategy for AccuWeather’s consumer subscription business across app and web properties. This role sits on the Marketing team and serves as the primary marketing partner to Product and Consumer Revenue leaders, with responsibility for driving subscription acquisition, conversion, engagement, and lifecycle performance for the Premium+ service, as well as broader app marketing initiatives that improve engagement and app quality signals. This is a hands-on, highly accountable role for driving subscription revenue growth and overall app performance, including conversion, retention, ARPU, and engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in app and web marketing, lifecycle programs, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a mindset rooted in continuous optimization and customer value.
