About The Position

Responsible for the annual renewal of Compass subscription accounts that are not managed by ASTM Account Managers. The Subscription Renewal Manager will be responsible for providing timely renewal information to clients ahead of the end date of their Compass subscription. Information to be provided includes subscription usage details, denied content reports, content analysis, and other reports upon request. In addition to renewing annual subscriptions, the position will provide information on value added services and content to account base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and commitment in sales or customer service role
  • Excellent professional image
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B sales training and/or customer service at the Executive or Director level of organizations of all sizes – including Fortune 500 companies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to deliver PowerPoint, virtual and live demo presentations to groups of all sizes
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
  • Self-starter -- demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and issues
  • Experience with business systems such as Oracle

Responsibilities

  • Renewal of existing Compass licenses
  • Evaluate usage data in managed accounts
  • Provide timely renewal details ahead of subscription end date
  • Identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide customer feedback to Sales, Product Management, IT and Development teams to assist in the development of existing and new electronic services
  • Respond to any client queries relating to content or use of the applications
  • Act as a liaison between the clients and ASTM International
  • Assist Sales Management with all other related duties as assigned.
