Responsible for the annual renewal of Compass subscription accounts that are not managed by ASTM Account Managers. The Subscription Renewal Manager will be responsible for providing timely renewal information to clients ahead of the end date of their Compass subscription. Information to be provided includes subscription usage details, denied content reports, content analysis, and other reports upon request. In addition to renewing annual subscriptions, the position will provide information on value added services and content to account base.
