About The Position

Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, commercial general liability damages. Heavy phone work required, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be highly organized and self-motivated. Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation. Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements. All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.

Requirements

• Collections and or Adjusting experience.
• Heavy phone work required
• Excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
