About The Position

The Datacenter Integration (DCI) Procurement team plays a critical role in enabling predictable delivery of capacity across a rapidly expanding global datacenter portfolio. We are seeking an execution-oriented leader to serve as DCI AMERs Subregional Procurement Contract Manager, responsible for procurement and contracting execution across an assigned subregion, supporting the delivery of data center infrastructure capacity. The role owns the contracting workstream for DCI equipment, suppliers, and lessors while partnering with regional procurement, sourcing, planning, engineering, construction, cost, and legal teams to ensure commercial agreements and purchase orders are executed in alignment with project milestones. The Subregional Contract Manager drives contract quality and cycle-time performance, maintains strong controls and documentation, and proactively identifies opportunities to standardize and simplify contracting. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, contract negotiation and writing skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with urgency in a complex, high-growth infrastructure environment. Requirements

Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial or contract management.
Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex supplier or commercial contracts.
Experience managing commercial terms, risk, scope, pricing, and delivery commitments through contract execution.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience supporting multiple projects or a geographic portfolio in a fast-paced, capital-intensive environment.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

Experience in data centers, construction, infrastructure, energy, telecom, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.
Experience managing procurement or contracting across multiple projects, metros, or a regional portfolio.
Knowledge of equipment procurement, construction/lease contracting, supplier management, and commercial risk management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and resolve supplier, schedule, and commercial issues that impact project delivery.
Experience using procurement data, KPIs, and contract performance metrics to identify risks and drive execution.
Strong ability to operate in a high-growth, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

Manage the contracting portfolio across assigned metros/projects, prioritizing activities based on capacity milestones, equipment lead times, and business criticality.
Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of supplier and lessor contracts, amendments, SOWs, and commercial agreements from sourcing award through signature and PO readiness.
Ensure contracts accurately reflect scope, pricing, delivery commitments, payment terms, warranties, remedies, and appropriate commercial protections.
Serve as a key commercial interface with suppliers and lessors, driving closure of contractual issues and commitments that could impact project delivery.
Partner with Planning, Engineering, Cost, Legal, Sourcing, Construction, and regional stakeholders to resolve commercial and contracting issues and maintain project schedules.
Manage contract pipeline, cycle time, quality, approvals, and documentation while driving performance against contract SLA, PO attainment, and quality expectations.
Proactively identify contracting and supplier risks to capacity delivery, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues requiring leadership intervention.
