About The Position
As a Sublimation Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sublimation process by operating sublimation equipment to create custom-designed products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely production of sublimated goods, contributing directly to our company's commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this position
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials (up to 50lbs) as needed
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all levels of the company
- Must have experience working in a fast pace/goal-oriented environment
- Must be able to work independently and work collaboratively
