About The Position

Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for airway and ventilation support. The SME teaches airway and ventilator training blocks, coaches students during lane scenarios, and keeps airway content, equipment, and protocols current. The position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum instructor requirement as an advanced subject matter expert with documented certifications.
• Be highly qualified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) for instruction of advanced airway periods of instruction.
• To be considered highly qualified, have worked in a Special Operations Forces (SOF) environment within the last five years and have documented experience instructing advanced subjects pertaining to PFC to MARSOC.

Responsibilities

• Instruct airway and ventilation blocks, including airway assessment, intubation, and post-intubation care.
• Train students to set up, operate, and troubleshoot portable ventilators over extended periods.
• Coach and evaluate students on airway and ventilator tasks during lane scenarios.
• Maintain airway trainers, ventilators, and supplies.
• Track student airway proficiency and report results to the program lead.
