About The Position

The Subject Matter Expert provides senior technical and operational expertise to improve mission support, strengthen compliance, and resolve complex program challenges. The role is with Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS), which provides integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers in the United States and overseas. CARS employs SMEs with extensive experience in the Federal marketplace. The position is listed for the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field or 12+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Secret clearance required.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assess program processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Provide expert analysis and guidance for complex operational and technical issues.
• Support compliance with applicable requirements, standards, and organizational practices.
• Develop, review, and communicate substantive and complex technical documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, and stakeholders to resolve problems and support informed decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
