About The Position

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The role provides specialized expertise to support operational efficiencies, mission requirements, complex problem solving, and organizational compliance. It also supports the development and review of substantive and complex technical documentation requiring detailed knowledge of the applicable technical area.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award. Performance is primarily onsite in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience.
• A master’s degree in a related field or twelve years of experience.
• Must possess a Secret personnel security clearance.
• Must be able to support primarily onsite performance in Washington, DC.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce and review substantive and complex technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise within the assigned technical area.
• Aid in implementing operational efficiencies.
• Provide mission support within the area of expertise.
• Support complex problem solving related to program and mission requirements.
• Support organizational compliance within the assigned area of expertise.
• Produce substantive and complex technical documentation.
• Review substantive and complex technical documentation.
• Apply detailed technical knowledge to areas identified within the Statement of Work.
