About The Position
Pearl is seeking high-level Subject Matter Experts to join their mission-driven team. They are looking for strategic thinkers who can bridge the gap between complex program goals and frontline execution. Specific roles include Program Managers to oversee strategic alignment and cross-team dependencies, Deputy Program Managers to act as key personnel and manage daily operational reporting, and Call Center & Site Managers to lead compassionate teams and uphold high performance standards. A background investigation, security/EQIP clearance, and drug screen may be required.
