About The Position

We are seeking an Subject Matter Expert (SME) Project Manager to join our TekSynap Defense team. This role involves directing all facets of contractor support in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), including planning, staffing, coordination, integration, and oversight to achieve schedule and performance goals. The position requires overseeing daily operations, monitoring and addressing project risks, providing leadership to ensure program and project objectives are met, and participating in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or logistics project/program management with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) logistics functions, including but not limited to finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, and project management.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Participate in strategic decision-making, offering insights and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
