About The Position

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering will provide technical leadership and domain expertise for dairy processing facilities and projects. The role involves supporting conceptualization, process design, technology selection, engineering reviews, buildings & MEP services for dairy manufacturing plants. The SME will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient engineering design for dairy processing plants. This role acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) between Client Engineering (Global MNC in Dairy Sector) and LTTS (Engg Desing Firm) for defining project engineering requirements, engineering resource planning, and planning for design required for upcoming Capex Dairy Plant Expansion projects in the Europe Region (portfolio of projects at Brown Field sites) and other geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering
• 15–20 years of experience in dairy manufacturing, dairy engineering, or dairy consulting.
• Proven experience in design, commissioning, or operation of dairy processing facilities.
• Successful delivery of dairy engineering projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multinational dairy companies, engineering consultants, EPC organizations, or dairy equipment manufacturers is preferred.

Responsibilities
