About The Position

Serves as subject matter expert in Big Data, providing in-depth technical knowledge, high-level systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation advice on complex problems across all phases of software development. This role supports critical government and intelligence initiatives by providing in-depth technical expertise in Big Data systems, including systems analysis, design, integration, and implementation across complex environments. The ideal candidate excels at solving advanced technical challenges, advising on end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required, including additional security screenings
• Entry Level: HS/GED + 6 years experience OR Associate's + 4 years experience OR Bachelor's + 2 years experience OR Master's degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)
• Journeyman Level: HS/GED + 8 years experience OR Associate's + 6 years experience OR Bachelor's + 4 years experience OR Master's + 2 years experience
• Senior Level: HS/GED + 10 years experience OR Associate's + 8 years experience OR Bachelor's + 6 years experience OR Master's + 4 years experience OR PhD + 2 years experience
• Expert / Master Level: HS/GED + 12 years experience OR Associate's + 10 years experience OR Bachelor's + 8 years experience OR Master's + 6 years experience OR PhD + 4 years experience

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and in-depth knowledge of Big Data technologies and practices.
• Provide technical knowledge and analysis for highly specialized applications and operational environments, including high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice.
• Participate across all phases of software development with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
• Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of Big Data to task order requirements; address advanced mathematical and technical problems to arrive at automated solutions.
