Requirements
- Comfortable learning new software.
- Detail oriented and thorough in execution of work.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.

- Experience in insurance data entry is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role on the Subcontractor Payables team, obtaining and reviewing all required insurance certificates, WSIB/WCB certificates, and other supporting documentation from subcontractors and project managers to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Review Statutory declarations and Indemnity documents as required.
- Resolve discrepancies by interfacing with other areas, departments, and subcontractors.
- Field and properly resolve subcontractor questions and problems regarding payment issues.
- Ensure subcontractor invoices are entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner to ensure subcontractor payables are processed as required.
- Assist with other administrative functions as required, such as filing, scanning, and reception backup.
