Requirements

• Active trade license (if required by state/local regulations)
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and professional conduct

Responsibilities

• Performing trade-specific installation, construction, or repair work
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Coordinating with project managers and other trades
• Maintaining jobsite organization and safety
• Meeting all applicable codes, standards, and Blue Star quality expectations
