About The Position
Champion Window is seeking independent contractors for the installation of windows, vinyl siding, and sunrooms. This is an opportunity for experienced installers to grow their business with consistent work and competitive pay. Champion provides the product and materials, and installers are responsible for the installation according to code and manufacturer specifications. The company offers daily work, competitive contracting rates with a high annual earning potential, weekly pay, direct deposit, and certification training.
Requirements
- Insured independent businessperson
- Own tools to complete projects
- Privately owned vehicle and way to transport product from warehouse to project site
- 2-years minimum experience carpentry / installing sunroom / building decks / Siding (Sunroom Installers and/or Siding Installers)
- 5-years minimum experience installing replacement windows (Window Installers)
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with customers
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Detail oriented and pride in your craft
Responsibilities
- Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner
- Loading materials into your truck from our warehouse
- Install windows / siding and/or build sunroom per code and our manufacture specifications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment
