Subcontractor Needed - All Products (Window, Vinyl Siding, Sunroom Installers!)
About The Position
Champion Window is seeking independent contractors for the installation of windows, vinyl siding, and sunrooms. This role offers a consistent workflow and the opportunity to maximize income by focusing solely on installation, as Champion handles sales, measurement, and ordering. Contractors will be responsible for installing Champion's products according to code and manufacturing specifications, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive team environment. Champion is a direct-to-consumer manufacturer of custom sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, and patio enclosures, as well as vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, and vinyl siding.
Requirements
- Insured independent businessperson
- Own tools to complete projects
- Privately owned vehicle and way to transport product from warehouse to project site
- 2-years minimum experience carpentry / installing sunroom / building decks / Siding (Sunroom Installers and/or Siding Installers)
- 5-years minimum experience installing replacement windows (Window Installers)
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with customers
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Detail oriented and pride in your craft
Responsibilities
- Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner
- Loading materials into your truck from our warehouse
- Install windows / siding and/or build sunroom per code and our manufacture specifications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment
