About The Position
Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc., an established South Florida countertop company since 1999, is looking for an experienced subcontractor for countertop measuring, templating, and installation. This is an independent subcontractor position — not an entry-level position. We are looking to establish a reliable, long-term relationship with experienced subcontractors who take pride in accurate, professional workmanship. If you can independently measure, template, and install countertops, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Extensive countertop installation experience
- Strong field measuring and templating experience
- Experience with Laminate countertops
- Experience with Solid Surface / Corian
- Experience with Thinscape
- Experience with Wood / butcher block countertops
- Experience with Sink and cooktop cutouts
- Experience with Seams, joints, overhangs, backsplashes, fillers, and clearances
- Own basic installation tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Able to safely handle materials up to 75 lbs.
- Professional and reliable
- Able to communicate effectively with our office and job-site teams
- Must provide required subcontractor documentation and insurance
