About The Position

The candidate shall lead a direct and matrixed reporting Supply Chain Management and cross-functional team to execute the Material requirements for the Army Air Force Market Segment future Black Hawk production capture. The candidate will be responsible for setting Material strategy during proposal and negotiation phases. Responsible for implementing and executing the Material strategy for the future Black Hawk program of record, included but not limited to negotiation, order placement, and ensuring on-time delivery. The candidate will also lead the Material negotiations with the customer. Management of obsolescence and new product development for future Black Hawk configurations. The candidate will be responsible for regular executive level briefings across RMS/Sikorsky on future Black Hawk strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with supply chain
• Leadership experience with a team and/or leading a project
• Experience developing suppliers and managing supplier issues
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%

• Experience with USG contracting requirements

Responsibilities
