About The Position

This position is the Sourcing Manager for the Production programs within the Advanced Development Integration & Production (ADIP) submarket segment withing the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) Market Segment. This position will be responsible for leading a team of six (6) sourcing personnel focused on delivering on existing programs and capturing new, related business. The specific programs include Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion (ARCI) Production and SQQ-89 Production & Hardware Eng Services. Requirements

Experience in Supply Chain, Material Management, or Program Management
Proven capability to lead a team
Production experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities

Managing a team of experienced and new professionals, with a focus on development and coaching
Overseeing performance of major subcontractors and critical suppliers
Implementing strategies to drive efficiencies and to ensure on-time deliveries that meet production floor needs
Collaborating with multiple functions, suppliers, and leadership to resolve issues, both internally and externally
Managing key metrics and performance, including material base and repair cycle time
Providing strategic support to proposal activities, ensuring supply chain best practices are embedded in all planning and deliverables, and maintain alignment with capture strategy
Traveling as necessary to support business needs
