Requirements

Minimum 6+ years experience in Supply Chain with an emphasis in contract administration and supplier performance management.
Prior professional experience with LMAP/CAP and/or FAR proficiency with an understanding of government regulatory compliance.
Prior professional experience using performance metrics, applying data analysis techniques and action plans to manage performance.
Must possess an aptitude for leadership skills and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership. These imperatives will be assessed during the selection process.

Responsibilities

Manages subordinate teams overseeing the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
Directs contract administration.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Support Prime proposal through subcontract execution phases.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve conflict and problems.
Demonstrated, successful project/team leadership assignments.
