Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years experience in Supply Chain with an emphasis in contract administration and supplier performance management.
  • Prior professional experience with LMAP/CAP and/or FAR proficiency with an understanding of government regulatory compliance.
  • Prior professional experience using performance metrics, applying data analysis techniques and action plans to manage performance.
  • Must possess an aptitude for leadership skills and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership. These imperatives will be assessed during the selection process.

Responsibilities

  • Manages subordinate teams overseeing the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
  • Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams.
  • Directs contract administration.
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
  • Support Prime proposal through subcontract execution phases.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve conflict and problems.
  • Demonstrated, successful project/team leadership assignments.
