Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Subcontract Management Sr. in FTW, Texas. In this role, you will support a team of subcontract managers with negotiations, manage schedules, and perform administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, communication, and critical thinking skills. This position is in Fort Worth, TX. This position is a Hybrid role, requiring 50% on site Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college
  • Experience in procurement principles, contract management, supply chain management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Aero Industry Experience
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience managing international suppliers
  • Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion
  • Experience with Engineering Change
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
