About The Position

The Subcontract Administrator will support the CH-53K Program within the Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a large multi-year proposal effort and associated subcontract management activities. Responsibilities include coordinating Request for Quotations (RFQs), supporting supplier negotiations, and managing Purchase Order (PO) placement activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the execution of supplier ramp activities for key program suppliers to help ensure alignment to program cost, schedule, and delivery objectives. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and supplier partners to support successful program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontracts, Business, Program Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, subcontract administration, or supply chain activities
  • Familiarity with Request for Quotations (RFQs), supplier communications, or purchase order processes
  • Experience working in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
  • Knowledge of aerospace, manufacturing, or defense industry environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Prior internship, co-op, or professional experience supporting government or DoD programs is a plus
