About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our production, development, and global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of handling of discrepant material from suppliers
  • Experience with LMAP/CAP policies and procedures
  • Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the build to print process
  • Understanding of the DR (Discrepancy Report) and VR (Variance report) process from beginning to end
  • Familiar with E-Source, DocPak, and Matrix 1
  • Exposure to terms and conditions/negotiations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the procurement of materials and services that meet our business needs.
  • Negotiate, administer, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials and services.
  • Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to ensure alignment and support of business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including export controls, ethics, and quality standards.
