Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
Professional, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Willingness to learn vehicle appraisal, trade-in, and sales processes
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dealership team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Valid California driver's license and insurability required

Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greet and engage service drive customers to identify Subaru trade-in and upgrade opportunities
Educate customers on their options for selling, trading, or upgrading their vehicle
Present Trade Up opportunities based on each customer's needs, preferences, and current vehicle
Assist with vehicle appraisals and trade-in evaluations (training provided)
Generate appointments through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
Follow up consistently with customers and prospects to maximize opportunities
Build strong relationships with customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM
Work closely with the sales and service teams to identify and develop Trade Up opportunities
Follow dealership policies and applicable legal and compliance requirements
