About The Position
Don K is seeking an experienced and motivated Subaru Service Manager to lead our service department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong automotive service management experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to team development and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to live in an outdoor wonderland with world-class amenities and friendly, small-town living, while still having access to major chain stores in Kalispell. The dealership is located only 20 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort and the west entrance of Glacier National Park.
Requirements
- Previous automotive service management experience required
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage technicians, workflow, and department performance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Subaru experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Subaru service department
- Lead and support service advisors and technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability goals
- Maintain strong manufacturer and warranty compliance
- Schedule workflow and manage repair order processes
- Help recruit, train, and develop service staff
