About The Position

Hicks Family Subaru is seeking driven, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Automotive Sales Consultants, also known as Subaru Product Specialists. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are moving into a temporary location while their current building is demolished and replaced with a state-of-the-art Subaru dealership. This new facility will support growth and better serve the community. Automotive experience is not required; the company will provide training, tools, and leadership for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. The role offers a serious earning opportunity, with current specialists averaging $8,800 per month ($105,600 annually), based on performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays, NO SUNDAYS!
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but are not required
• Previous automotive, retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, insurance or other sales experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn about their needs
• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain Subaru technology, safety features and ownership benefits
• Respond promptly to internet and telephone leads
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Work with sales management to achieve personal and dealership goals
• Deliver an outstanding experience before, during and after every sale
