We are seeking franchisees and subcontractors to deliver exceptional services to our commercial cleaning clients. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to become entrepreneurs or to supplement their existing business, with Buildingstars providing support for growth. Buildingstars handles the bidding, sales, day-to-day client operations, and all invoicing, billing, and collections. Subcontractors are responsible for performing scheduled services according to the outlined cleaning schedule, with business growth dependent on successful client account management.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clear criminal background and social security check
- Must have current liability and workers compensation insurance meeting our customers requirements.
- Business license
- Ability to transport yourself to client sites
