About The Position
Transmission POD 742 – Sub Assembly. This role involves inspecting pumps for damage, removing bushings using a press, sanding burrs if necessary, and measuring gear clearance with a feeler gauge. Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx. 8-10 hours)
- Ability to use handheld tools such as Hammer, Screwdrivers, pliers, Torque wrench
- Standing: Continuously
- Walking: Occasionally
- Sitting: None
- Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally
- Reaching/Working Overhead: Occasionally
Responsibilities
- Inspect pump for damage
