About The Position

The Stylist provides hair services and treatments that support guests’ well-being and enhance their club experience. Services may include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling. The Stylist delivers services and recommends products intended to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in the state where the work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a stylist in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help them maintain their style.
• Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique.
• Promote LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Maintain current certifications and stay informed about new industry trends.
• Maintain workstations to salon standards.
