About The Position
As a premier provider of haircuts, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement, and expertise to kids' haircuts. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment with friendly and experienced staff members. We believe everyone should have an enjoyable experience where "Haircuts are Cool and Fun Rules!" Relaxed staff in a fun and fast-paced environment. No early mornings or late nights. Able to make your own schedule. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, an upbeat, positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet, and engage all guests in conversation.
Requirements
- Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client's children and parents.
- Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.
- Current Cosmetology or Barber license for this state.
- Able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
- Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
- Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to work with kids.
